Terms and Conditions for Infused Oils, Vinegars, and Extracts

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and handling of all food-grade oils, infused olive oils, balsamic vinegars, specialty vinegars, and extracts (“Products”). By purchasing or using these Products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information and Use

All Products are intended for culinary use only. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, flavor profiles, and ingredient details, variations may occur due to natural sourcing, seasonal ingredients, and small-batch production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reading all product descriptions, ingredient listings, and usage recommendations prior to purchase and consumption.

2. Allergen Disclosure (Including Nut Allergies)

Our Products may contain, be derived from, or be processed in facilities that handle common allergens, including but not limited to tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, wheat, and gluten.

3. Storage and Shelf Life

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food Products:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used Products.

• Returns may be considered only for unopened, unused Products in their original condition, subject to approval.

If a Product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for replacement or store credit.

5. Shipping Disclaimer

We take care in packaging all Products; however:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Exposure to heat during shipping may affect the consistency or appearance of oils but does not necessarily impact safety or usability.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
